Where we stand

A driving app that records where you go owes you a straight answer.

Location, only while it is doing something
A driving journal cannot work without precise location, so Revly asks for it. What it does with it changes by situation: nothing while you browse, a lighter mode for the map, and continuous only while you are recording a drive or sharing a convoy.
Convoy location stays inside the convoy
Live location is visible to the members of a convoy you joined, and membership is enforced on the server — an app cannot add itself to a convoy to start reading positions.
No time rankings on public roads
Revly does not rank drives by how fast you covered a public road. A leaderboard like that is an incentive to speed on a road with other people on it. Lap boards exist for circuits, because a circuit is a different place with different rules.
Your drives leave with you
Export any drive as a GPX file, and delete your account — with its data — from inside the app. Neither one requires emailing us for permission.
