Revly Community Guidelines

Effective date: 15 July 2026 Last updated: 15 July 2026

Revly is a place to record your drives, build your garage, and share the road with people who love it as much as you do. These Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone here. They apply to everything you post or do on Revly — posts, comments, stories, photos, ride data, profiles, clubs, and convoys.

The short version:

Breaking these Guidelines can get your content removed or your account suspended or banned. These Guidelines sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — where the Terms and these Guidelines overlap, the Terms control.

1. Safety on the Road Comes First

Revly is a journal for your drives, not a reason to take risks.

Don’t:

Do:

Revly is not a navigation, emergency, or roadside-assistance service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Respect Other Members

Revly should feel good to open. That only works if people are decent to each other.

Don’t:

Disagreeing about cars, bikes, routes, or builds is part of the fun. Making it personal isn’t.

3. Keep Your Data Honest

Ride data is the heart of Revly. Faking it ruins the point for everyone.

Don’t:

We may remove fabricated rides and the achievements, levels, or leaderboard positions that came from them.

4. Privacy and Location

Location is the most sensitive thing Revly handles. Treat other people’s location — and your own — carefully.

Don’t:

Do:

Remember: ephemeral content can still be screenshotted by others. Post accordingly.

5. Content Standards

Don’t post, upload, or share content that is:

If you didn’t make it and don’t have the rights to it, don’t post it.

6. Reporting and Blocking

You have tools, and we’d like you to use them.

Reporting something doesn’t guarantee we’ll remove it, and not every removal means someone gets banned — but every credible report gets looked at. Don’t file false reports to harass someone; that’s a violation on its own.

What we see when you report someone: the content you reported, the account that posted it, and the report type you selected. We use this to decide whether the content or account breaks these Guidelines. We don’t share your identity with the person you reported.

7. Enforcement

We aim to review credible reports of objectionable content and act within a reasonable time. Depending on how serious and how repeated the behavior is, we may:

  1. Remove the content and leave the account alone;
  2. Issue a warning;
  3. Restrict features (for example, posting or club access);
  4. Suspend the account temporarily;
  5. Permanently ban the account.

Severe violations — threats of violence, sexual content involving minors, coordinated harassment, or content that puts people in physical danger — can result in an immediate permanent ban with no warning. Where the law requires it, we may also report content to the authorities.

We may act without prior notice, and we may reclaim usernames that are inactive, impersonating, or infringing.

If you think we got it wrong, email us at support@joinrevly.com and tell us what happened. We’ll take another look.

8. Changes to These Guidelines

Revly changes, and so will these Guidelines. When we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where it matters, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Revly after an update means you accept the revised Guidelines.
